Frequently asked questions
What is the starting price for a trip?
Excursions start from €40 per person. Our full trips start from €1,000 including a return flight, and every quote is tailor-made. The final price depends on the duration, destinations, accommodation and activities.
What is included in the Nosy Be excursion?
Single-island excursions start from €55 per person. The all-islands package, accommodation not included, is €375 per person for non-residents. Prices include land transport, boat transfers, park and beach entry fees, lunch and bottled water.
How does payment work?
Card payment is available after your project has been confirmed with our team on WhatsApp. Payment conditions are explained before confirmation.
What deposit is required?
The deposit is 40% when an internal flight is included and 30% when no internal flight is included.
How does booking work?
You choose a tour, contact us on WhatsApp, send a deposit, then pay the balance on the day of departure.
When do I need to confirm my trip?
In high season (May to October), confirm 2 months before departure so we can book the hotels in time. In low season (November to April), 1 week before departure is enough.
What happens if I cancel?
The deposit paid at booking is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date. After that, the deposit is no longer refundable, as it is used to secure and prepay important services required to organize the trip.
